Zee Marathi is an Indian general entertainment channel which carries programming in Marathi. The channel was launched on 15 August 1999 and was known as Alpha TV Marathi until 28 March 2004 when it was renamed Zee Marathi.^[6][7] Zee Marathi is part of Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL).

A HD version of the channel, Zee Marathi HD, was launched on 20 November 2016.^[8]Zee Entertainment Enterprises launched a full Marathi movie channel named Zee Talkies in 2007. Zee Entertainment Enterprises also launched a 24 Hour Marathi news channel named Zee 24 Taas in 2008. Zee Entertainment Enterprises also launched second general entertainment Marathi channel named Zee Yuva from 22 August 2016. Zee Entertainment Enterprises also launched a full Marathi music channel named Zee Vajwa from 17 October 2020.
